My client near Cleckheaton Bradford are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to come on board and join their professional and forward thinking team. Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and enhancing employee engagement. This position requires a proactive individual who is adept at managing various HR systems and processes while providing exceptional support to both employees and management.
Duties
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the recruitment process using , ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Identify ways to improve current systems and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Utilise social media management tools to promote the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement of HR practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in a human resources role with a strong understanding of HR processes and legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes is advantageous.

Salary 30-37k depending on experience
