Office Administrator



Opal Recruitment are looking for an Administrator for a Client of ours based in Wakefield on a Temp to Perm basis. This role will be ideal for someone with previous office experience looking for a new challenging role within a well established business. Excellent working environment where no one day will be the same. Opportunities for further progression within the business.

Salary £7.83/hour (Temp to Perm)

Main Duties:

  • Daily administrative tasks to help support company services
  • Opening, scanning and sorting of all incoming post in line with company SLA's
  • Carry out searches on company database
  • Collect and process outgoing post to ensure it is sent out on time
  • Updating company database
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying
  • Dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Working to targets and deadlines
  • Ad-hoc general office management duties (e.g reception cover, meet and greet clients) as and when required

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working within an office environment
  • Able to work to targets and deadlines
  • Professional appearance and approach
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Customer focused
  • Able to prioritise workload accordingly
  • Flexible
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Team player
