Customer Services Co-ordinator



Opal Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Services Co-ordinator to cover a maternity contract for a minimum of 7 months. Based on the outskirts of Wakefield the offices are easily accessible via public transport and on site parking is available.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide an efficient service for both customers and colleagues through various channels including reporting and helping to maintain internal accounts and databases.

Salary £16,000 - Min. 7 Month Contract

Main Duties:

  • Liaise with external parties and produce reports based on their performance
  • Produce daily and monthly reports for customers
  • Create and issue bespoke reports to department head and outbound team
  • Create invoices
  • Order processing
  • Maintain and update database
  • Update e-mail system with new customer
  • Ensuring customer certificates are up to date
  • Dealing with inbound calls and customer queries

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience within administration is essential for this role
  • Attention to detail is key with this role
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good telephone manner
